About Everkeep

Keeping retirement records orderly — calmly and without fuss.

Everkeep was built around a straightforward idea: that good document organisation should feel manageable, not overwhelming. We exist to help you find what you need, when you need it.

Our Story

How Everkeep came to be

Everkeep opened its doors in Khon Kaen after its founders noticed a recurring gap: many people approaching or entering retirement had accumulated years of pension correspondence, fund statements, and related documentation — but no consistent system for keeping it all accessible.

There was no shortage of professional advisers, but what people often needed first was something more basic: a clear sense of what documents they actually had, where they were, and how they fitted together. That quiet, preparatory step was underserved.

Everkeep was built to fill that space — offering sorting sessions, filing tools, and plain-language information programmes without any pressure, any advice, or any promise of outcomes. We are an organisational and educational resource, nothing more and nothing less.

How We Work

Standards we hold ourselves to

Scope Transparency

We describe exactly what each session or tool covers — and what it does not. No misleading framing, no implied expertise beyond our actual scope.

Data Handling Care

Contact details shared with us are kept for the sole purpose of responding and arranging sessions. They are not shared with third parties and not used for marketing without consent.

Plain Communication

All written and spoken communication from Everkeep uses plain English. We avoid abbreviations, technical terms, and jargon in all participant-facing materials.

Accessibility First

Printed materials use large type and high-contrast design. Sessions are paced to participant comfort. No one is asked to rush.

No Advice Given

Everkeep is not a regulated service. We do not assess individual situations, advise on entitlements, or represent participants before any organisation or authority.

Continuous Improvement

We gather informal feedback after every session and use it to refine our materials and format. What works is kept; what does not is changed.

About Our Work

Document organisation for retirement planning: what it means in practice

Retirement records tend to accumulate quietly over decades. Pension fund correspondence, employer contributions, social security documentation, and beneficiary forms arrive at different times, from different sources, in different formats. By the time a person wants to take stock of what they have, the collection can feel unwieldy.

What Everkeep offers is a practical starting point: a structured way of sorting, labelling, and maintaining those records so they are easy to locate and understand at a glance. The sessions are not financial meetings. They are closer to a well-run filing workshop — calm, methodical, and focused entirely on organisation.

The Guided Information Programme adds a layer of general context: how retirement documentation is typically structured, what the common document types are, and what questions a person might want to consider before speaking with a suitable professional. Nothing in the programme constitutes advice. It is educational and informational in nature.

Everkeep serves individuals in and around Khon Kaen who value a quiet, orderly approach to preparing for later life. Our team brings care and attention to every session, and we are always happy to answer questions about what we do before any commitment is made.
